Abstract

This chapter deals with the legislation on science and fundamental rights, contemplated by the Argentine Code, from the perspective of the European experience in that area. The novelty of Argentine legislation (although not totally original, given that the same approach is found, for example, in French law) is the same as was used a few centuries ago, in the code from which it was born, to regulate the interests patrimonial The form of the code to regulate ethical issues has some limitations, but also allows to achieve some interesting results.
