The Journal of the Faculty of Law of São Bernardo do Campo is an academic journal dedicated to the presentation and discussion of theoretical constructions aimed at the development of legal research based on the publication of scientific studies submitted and approved by your scientific body of reviewers.
The researches and studies that make up this publication contain a theoretical framework available to the entire community, especially the legal community, to carry out new reflections and application of legal institutes for the improvement and consolidation of the project of constant society in the values and paradigms of the Federal Constitution, in achieving from the development of all people to the construction of an egalitarian and solidary society.
From this perspective, we are honored to present this volume for the dissemination of academic debate and exposition of the thoughts of our dear researchers, now authors.
We would like to thank the authors, reviewers and others responsible for carrying out the current publication with a unique level of quality, as will be seen by our readers, to whom we express our gratitude.
